The Real Reason Jews Support Labor Unions

Introduction

By the mid-twentieth century, Jews had become dominant in the leadership of U.S. labor unions. This has been presented as due to the strong social consciousness that Jews have.

However, this explanation does not make sense for several reasons, which this article will explore.

Why Jews Support and are the Leadership in Labor Unions

The following quote is from the article Jews in the American Labor Movement.

From the 1920s through the 1960s, a substantial majority of all labor lawyers in America were Jewish, and in the early years most were either Communists or Socialists as well, especially if they worked for some of the new CIO unions. And Jews, almost always second or third generation, were also heavily represented among the economists and publicists employed by the big unions. This was very much par for the course, since being a legal champion for labor during most of this era spoke to both their own social marginality, their exclusion from the WASP institutions of law and politics, and perhaps also to their “people of the book” facility with words, argument, and textual mastery. Like Talmudic scholars and contemporary rabbis searching for a useful meaning in an ancient text, these lawyers sought to probe and manipulate labor law to working-class advantage. As Maurice Sugar, the UAW legal counsel during the 1930s and 1940s, once put it, “a sharp pencil” and clever argument could buy time in a hostile court for the union to make its weight felt in the factory, the streets or at the ballot box. Sugar was close to both the Communists and also Lee Pressman, the CIO’s first counsel, but their approach was not all that different from that of Arthur Goldberg, the Steelworker lawyer who became Secretary of Labor and a Supreme Court justice; or Joseph Rauh, the German-Jewish liberal who replaced Sugar at the UAW but then clashed with most AFL-CIO leaders when he opposed the Vietnam war and championed a set of union insurgents in the Mineworkers, the Steelworkers, and the UAW itself. Catherine Fisk’s “There Are No Neutrals There: A History of Union Lawyers in the Twentieth Century” (forthcoming) offers a highly insightful study of how such lawyers sought to use an innovative set of stratagems to defend the new industrial unions against a set of hostile courts and companies, not to mention the White House, Congress, and their state-level equivalents.

The Jewish labor lawyer who may have best exemplified that combination of courtroom skill and in-your-face activism was Jerry Cohen, who led the United Farm Worker legal team during the heroic and successful decade when Cesar Chavez was at the top of his game. Unlike other more established labor lawyers, whose legal advice was often far too cautious for farmworker militants, Cohen saw eye to eye with Chavez: the law was but an instrument and a metaphor, as useful when violated as when it served the union’s purpose. Earning but $5 a week, Cohen led a team of some 15 UFW lawyers, virtually everyone a Jew and all New Leftists fresh out of law school. Cohen and his legal team helped build the entirely innovative and highly progressive legal architecture that enabled the UFW to organize nearly 60,000 California farmworkers.

Academics Always Bend the Knee to Jews

UC Santa Barbara’s Nelson Lichtenstein is the author of Why Labor Unions Matter, forthcoming from Yale University Press in October 2026.

It is impossible that an academic would explain any type of underhanded or even self-serving reason that Jews would have for doing anything, as making such a statement is an anathema to being an academic in the U.S. and also is very likely to strongly negatively impact any academic’s career.

Academics are obligated to present all Jews as well-meaning, as being excluded from societies, and as victims within those societies, constantly fighting for justice. As Jews have become more dominant in the US, the ability to critique Jews without consequence has been eliminated. 

Here was the ADL’s attempt to have Twitter/X boycotted because the ADL did not approve of various tweets on the platform. The ADL wants no criticism of Israel or Jews and calls it hate speech. Jews do not agree with the US’s freedom of speech. They have effectively censored the population on Jews and Jewish topics. Meanwhile, Jews do everything they can in media and academics to critique white and Christian history and societies. Yet, no whites call for Jews to be censored. Anti-semitism now means opposing censorship and supporting free speech, as is explained in the following quote. 

The Reason Why the ADL Considers Elon Musk an Anti-Semite

Notice this quote from the article Jewish Censorship Is the Leading Cause of Anti-Semitism.

He (Elon Musk) has officially been labeled an “anti-Semite” by the ADL because he thinks (or, at least, he argues) that Twitter should allow all forms of legal speech.

The ADL’s leader, Jonathan Greenblatt, does not attempt to disguise the fact that he believes he is better than other people because of his Jewishness, that he has a right to control other people because he is Jewish. While the Jews have maintained protections for decades now, largely due to the mythology surrounding the alleged Holocaust, Greenblatt is the perfect figure to destroy those protections with his sheer arrogance.

When people begin to understand how the Jews view them, the Jews are going to have a very difficult time maintaining their leverage over the public discussion. When they lose control, lose the ability to silence criticism, a dam is going to break, and a lot of people are going to be very unhappy to find out about how the Jews have used their power over the last 70 or so years.

Actually, over multiple millennia.

Jews Demand Totalitarian Control Over Societies Where They Live

Jews demand total control over all media in the US (which they greatly have), total control over all Big Tech (which they lost when Elon Musk purchased Twitter), and the right to censor and end all careers of anyone who would critique any Jew or call into question Jewish claims.

The Obvious Jewish Belief

In the US, Jews claim that the ultimate arbiter of what is true and can be proposed is a Jew. This is consistent with the Talmud, which places Jews at the top of the hierarchy, controlling the rest of society.

The Charge of Antisemitism

“Anti-Semitism” is made purposefully difficult to define by the Jews. They are able to obfuscate the definition because they’ve created a situation where even asking for a clarification on what the term means is considered anti-Semitic.

The term has become so powerful and so damaging to the reputations of anyone smeared with it that no one dares even tiptoe around the fringes.

As soon as there is a hint that the ADL or other Jewish groups are preparing to levy the smear, people surrender.

Therefore, this academic spent no time analyzing the history of Jews, which would have provided a very clear explanation for why they support and work in U.S. labor unions.

Do Jews Support Unionization in Jewish Companies?

This author never thought for a moment as to whether Jews support unions in their own businesses that they run, and they do not. Jews only support unions in businesses that are run by non-Jews. Jews are known for running highly exploitative businesses — exploitative of both workers and customers.

What Jews Think of the Goy

Jews do not consider non-Jews to be worthy of their endeavors, and there is no legitimate reason for a Jew to support the well-being of the Goy. In the Talmud, the Goy is described as an animal and vastly inferior to the Jew. Therefore, given the numerous declarations in the Jewish sources and in millennia of Jewish behavior, this complete disregard for the well-being of the goy, why would they want to improve the working conditions of non-Jews?

The answer is that they wouldn’t.

The only reason for Jews to support labor unions is to reduce the effectiveness and increase the costs of non-Jewish businesses that compete with Jewish businesses.

Jews and AI Plan for Large-scale (Goy) Worker Displacement

As I cover in the article Understanding How Jewish AI is Used to Cheat Customers and Fire Non Jews, the leaders of the largest AI companies (both at Anthropic and ChatGPT) are Jews. However, the objective of AI is to fire large numbers of non-Jewish workers.

Jewish Control and Promotion of AI

Here, CNN, a Jewish-controlled media entity, introduces a Jewish CEO of the AI firm Anthropic as “well respected.” And Dario Amodei goes on to state that there will be large-scale job losses due to his firm’s AI. When Amodei speaks of job losses, he means the Goy not of Jews. Of course, CNN never mentions that Amodei is Jewish, and that Jews have an incredible disdain for the Goy, and that Amodei does not care about non-Jews who are unemployed.  

This would seem to contradict the Jewish claims that they are all about improving working conditions for the goy.

However, it’s interesting that almost no one ever observes what the leadership of AI companies is or how inconsistent this is with previous statements about Jews.

Conclusion

The Jewish support for unions has nothing to do with improving the working conditions of the goy, and they do not support these improved conditions for workers in Jewish businesses. When Jews work in labor unions, their objective is to target non-Jewish businesses.

Instead, Jewish work in labor unions is a form of subterfuge designed to make non-Jewish businesses less competitive.

The Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing

The sheep’s clothing is the liberal ideas presented by Jews as to why they support labor unions. The wolf is the reality and the millennium-long pattern that Jews have demonstrated of undermining non-Jewish businesses for their own personal gain.
