When the enormous number of sexual harassment cases surfaced in 2018 and 2019, what is curious is how powerless HR departments were in stopping sexual harassment.

This video shows how the Democratic party is corporate aligned, but will not provide anything but WOKE signaling to workers.

Conclusion

The Democratic party used to support workers, but as unions declined, they began going to the same sources for revenue as the Republicans. They are now essentially a duplicate party, so the US now has two Republican parties, but one which pretends that it is not entirely corporate aligned.
