The FDA Was Forced in Court to Admit that Ivermectin Can be Used for Covid

Executive Summary

  • The FDA’s policy of preventing off-label prescriptions of Ivermectin fell apart when challenged in court, and the FDA had to pretend it never had the policy in the first place.

Introduction

The FDA and the other medical authorities took a very hard position on restricting Ivermectin for covid, treating Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine with restrictions that no other drugs have been treated.

This was a concerted and coordinated campaign to undermine the credibility of both drugs and restrict the rights of MDs to prescribe these drugs and went so far as to manufacture a fake story about Ivermectin overdoses crowding out gunshot wounds in Oklahoma ERs and that Ivermectin was only a drug used by livestock.

However, finally, when challenged in court over the legality of their actions, the FDA’s policy did not stand up.

Jimmy Dore Video on The Case

The following video covers the loss in court by the FDA and provides comprehensive context to the overall issue.

This video has some rough language, so fair warning if you have delicate ears. However, applying a scientific approach means that the way the information is presented is less relevant than the accuracy of the information. There is no swearing on ABC News. However, the information quality is terrible. There is no foul language in pharmaceutical-funded trials, but the information quality contained within is also terrible. I prefer an accurate non-rigged, non-financially biased study with copious amounts of foul language, grammatical errors, and offensive images if the study were accurate over, for instance, the studies presented by Pfizer and Moderna to get the covid vaccines approved to the FDA that have rigged math and hidden side effects.

All the Evidence is That The Covid Vaccines Are Terrible — “But That Does Not Mean You Should Not be Triple Vaccinated!”

Something else to remember is that at several points in the video, either Jimmy Dore or Kurt Metzger seems to immediately say a contradictory thing about how none of the evidence presented should stop people from getting boosters and that the vaccine is “of course” safe and effective. This may not be very clear to a first-time viewer.

They do this because this video is published on YouTube, and Google, as a significant recipient of pharma advertising (around 98% of Google’s revenues come from advertisers) will take videos down if they veer too far in contradicting the pharmaceutical companies. As a long-term Jimmy Dore Show watcher, this is also an inside joke between the show and the viewers. As with other advertising entities, Google does not care what is true, only what is profit maximizing for their business model.

Important Point #1: The Case Brought to Court

At the 2:30 mark in the video, Craig Jardula reads an article that states due to the court case, the FDA states that MDs are now free to prescribe Ivermectin as a treatment for covid.

Important Point #2: Off-Label Prescribing

At 5:00 in the video, Jimmy Dore states that it is standard practice to allow MDs to prescribe drugs for ailments for which the drug was not approved. This is referred to as off-label prescribing. The prescription is written for a condition or disease, not “on the label.” The case for prescribing Ivermectin off-label is far more robust than the off-label prescribing of, for instance, antidepressant medications.
