The Steps Used

Here are the steps used by Muslims to create this false story.

Step #1: Whitewashing the Way The Orginal Intellectual Property Was Obtained

In order to make the Golden Age of Islam seem more based upon the work of Islamic scholars the fact that the caliphates robbed intellectual property from societies they conquered needed to be minimized. For example, the Nazis captured large amounts of art during World War 2. However, this is not called the “Golden Age of Nazi Art Collecting.”

Muslims and always have been thugs. This is how Islam was first spread and how is spread through the time of the great caliphates.

If you are hearing about a story where a man cuts off his wife’s head and then walks around with it bragging to people how he killed a person who defied his god, you are looking at a Muslim country. Why did anything buy the idea that Muslim societies could have created a Golden Age of Discovery?

Step #2: Exaggerating the Discoveries of Islamic Scholars

A major part of the scam was to exaggerate the extensions to this foreign intellectual property made by Islamic scholars. The fact is that as soon as conquest declined, the discoveries quickly “dried up.” This is because the Muslim caliphates had no internal self-perpetuating system of discovery.

Step #3: Hiding the Dominance of non-Arabs in The Discoveries

Islam is dominated by Arabs, however, Arabs have a record of discovery only superior to Africans in human history. The fact that most of the intellectual accomplishments of the Golden Age were performed by non-Arabs.

This fact needed to be minimized when telling the story as it makes Arabs seem like the barbaric culture that they are and have always been.

Step #4: Hiding the Dominance of non-Muslims in The Discoveries

Muslims took credit for the discoveries and intellectual accomplishments of the societies that they conquered.

This is explained in the article How Muslims Hid the Contributions of the Dhimmis on Non Muslims in the Golden Age of Islam Discoveries.

Step #5: Exaggerating the Reliance of the Most Innovative Cultures in Human History on Muslim Discoveries

Drawing unsupported connections between the work of Islamic scholars and the intellectual accomplishments of European societies. This has been very easy to do, as the deeper one’s lack of understanding of science, the easier it is to see connections that do not exist.

Step #6: Disseminate the Exaggerated Story

Writing books and producing other material designed to mislead non-Muslims on these topics.

Conclusion

After studying Islam, the Golden Age of Islam story is one of a long list of lies and false information provided by Muslims to the world. All of this is justified under the taqiyya. Any lie that advances Islam is justified according to the authoritative Islamic sources.
