Introduction

Many Muslim apologists will often say that those that critique Islam must be ignorant. However, Muslims have a pattern of repeating false information about Islam, such as “Islam is the most pro-woman of all religions,” of “Islam is a religion of peace,” when the Koran and Hadith as historical Muslim behaviors in society, contradict this. In this article, we cover the problem with Muslims not knowing what is in their own documentation.

The Problem with How the Koran is Written

The following are the common arguments used by Muslim apologists.

In this video, David Wood observes that the Koran is poorly written, even in ancient Arabic. Large numbers of sentences cannot be translated at all as they are too confusing, and some of the sentences do not finish or complete their thoughts. Muslim scholars lie to Muslims, of which only the tiniest percentage can read ancient Arabic. But they are told that the Koran is perfectly written and is 100% clear.   

In this video, The Apostate Prophet explains that Muslims are encouraged to learn about the Koran through Muslim scholars. However, Muslim scholars have a bias and do not want to present information about the Koran or Islam that is embarrassing, leading Muslims to leave the faith. 

Muslims receive our Golden Pinocchio Award for not knowing very much about the Koran but is proposing that others are misinterpreting the Koran or Hadith.

Conclusion

The vast majority of Muslims stay Muslim because they are not knowledgeable about their own documentation states. They will often ignore or disregard passages that are debilitating, continuing to practice, or to defend Islam. Many things written in the Koran are highly objectionable and disgusting, yet, when these exact quotes are pointed out to Muslims, they come up with some false argument or personal attack on why the quote must not be a proper translation.
