Important Point #1: Correlation is Not Causation?

This article is straight up racist nonsense dressed in fake science. Do you even know what real research/science is? Apparently not. Correlation ≠ Causation (Science 101!).

Our Response

This is not an actual argument. It doesn’t specifically say why the correlations we pointed out aren’t true. It’s a way to hand-waving away robust correlations, especially when they come from multiple dimensions.

Here is a brief rundown of the arguments supporting low black intelligence.

  1. Africa had a very low level of development and of intellectual property creation before it came into contact with Europeans. No wheel ever existed anywhere in Africa. The complete absence of technological progress, or really knowledge, in Africa prior to whites coming and explaining everything to them is a massive piece of evidence against their intelligence. 
  2. Blacks score low on IQ tests not only in Africa but in other countries such as the US and in Europe.
  3. Every white area that has been taken over by blacks, including every U.S. city taken over by blacks, as well as countries such as South Africa, Rhodesia, and Zimbabwe, taken over by blacks, has gone into a massive decline in terms of outcomes and generalized performance. Take a look at these articles. In the examples of South Africa, Zimbabwe, and the US, where blacks have taken over, the cities or countries have completely crumbled. In South Africa, they use carparks as open sewers; remember, whites invented sewers. Without whites, there would not only be no phones in Africa, but also no sewers.

Important Point #2: Scientific Illiteracy on Our Part?

This organization and particularly, the author of this article is so scientifically illiterate that they could not spot real science if it smacked them in the face with a peer reviewed journal.

This is a common critique that any research that does not support liberal politically correct assertions is not scientific.

Important Point #3: Old Ideas are Bad Ideas?

This article takes one of the oldest racist ideas, that Black people are inherently less intelligent, and props it up with fringe researchers, junk IQ maps, and a total refusal to engage with what mainstream psychology (real science and not the garbage you’re pandering) and genetics actually say.

Psychology is not a scientific area. Its research findings have proven to be nearly impossible to replicate. However, it’s very appealing to women. It’s amusing that this liberal would say that psychology is some type of hard science.

As for the critique of not engaging with mainstream psychology, what would engaging with mainstream psychology even mean? It has nothing to do with the evidence that was presented in the article regarding low black intelligence. Mainstream psychology does not explain why blacks have had such a low level of intellectual development both prior to meeting or interacting with whites and today. It seems that this liberal likes psychology and so views it as some sort of touchstone. This liberal doesn’t even explain what psychology has to say on the matter.

Our Response

The old ideas about blacks are correct and far more accurate than the more modern ideas about blacks. The liberal ideas about blacks are politically correct, but are inaccurate and not predictive. 

The US Southerners and the South Africans were correct about blacks.

The fact that the idea is old does not mean it is false.

For instance, gravity is an old idea. Do people dispute gravity because it’s old? 
The countries in Africa are the lowest-scoring on intelligence tests and have been since the tests were invented. This liberal states that the IQ maps shown in the article are junk, but does not explain why they are junk. These are standardized IQ tests. 

Important Point #4: Cherry Picked Examples?

It pretends a few cherry picked papers settle the debate, ignores the role of hundreds of years of slavery and racism, poverty, schools, health, and environment, and then declares biology the culprit. That isn’t following the evidence! it’s starting with a racist conclusion and working backward. 

The evidence that was presented in our article was not cherry-picked. It showed evidence of universal low black intelligence that is not only in the modern era, but goes back in time.

Blacks don’t score low in intelligence only in the US, let’s say, where this liberal would probably say that they’re subjected to racism. They also score low on IQ tests in Africa. However, she might say this is because of poverty. However, Africa has always been poor. This liberal then brings up the issue of schools, which presumes that blacks don’t have sufficient schooling. However, blacks, before they ran into whites, never had any schools at all.

Important Point #5: Deeply Criticized IQ Tests?

It badly misuses heritability, acts like deeply criticized national IQ datasets are rock solid, and treats centuries of structural racism as a minor detail.

Again, Blacks score low in Africa in intelligence, in IQ tests, where they’re not subjected to quote-unquote white racism. Sub-Saharan Africa had extremely low intellectual accomplishment before it ever ran into whites.

Why are biological differences between the races so difficult to accept? Humans evolved under different conditions, which means that in addition to differences in the body, there are differences in the brain. Do you see Asians competing in strongman competitions? Why are blacks so dominant in the US sports leagues? The NBA is over 90% black, yet it represents only 14% of the population. Why are they so overrepresented in professional sports, but there are virtually no black mathematicians? The author has had numerous discussions with blacks on statistics, and very few blacks appear to understand per capita or incidence. Important Point #6: Downplaying African Intellectual History?

Then it goes even further, erasing African intellectual history, downplaying precolonial education and scholarship, and using all of this to argue that Black communities are naturally less capable and less deserving of investment, power, or trust. That’s not controversial truth telling. It’s a familiar racist project wearing a lab coat.

How much scholarship could there have been? There was no writing in Sub-Saharan Africa before exposure to Europeans. How can a race that had no writing and no wheel be considered intellectual or to have an intellectual history?

Before they were even exposed to other races, they had accomplished basically nothing on their own. They did not even have a dwelling larger than one story, and could not figure out how to dig wells, even though they came upon natural wells. They depleted those wells but never figured out that you can dig your own wells. Europeans had railroads and long-distance maritime navigation, printing, and writing for thousands of years before coming into contact with Africa. 

An important point is that black outcomes actually underperform their intelligence. They are also the most violent race (as supported by many crime statistics), and they also have lower impulse control.

Lets just get this out of the way and call a racist argument what it is. This piece isn’t a brave look at reality. It’s a racist screed, built on shaky data and willful ignorance, trying very hard to sound authoritative so people won’t notice what it’s really selling…bullshit.

Liberals Like This are the Problem

Since the Civil Rights movement, there has been a massive delusion on the part of liberals that blacks are the same as anybody else, and there’s been a gigantic overinvestment of resources into them with really very little positive outcome. You are part of the problem because, as with other liberals, you can’t process the reality of what blacks are. Look at all these cities ruined by blacks.

All of the Predictions Made by Liberals About Blacks Have Turned Out to be False

You want to make excuses for them ad infinitum, even though their actual capabilities are undeniable. The Civil Rights movement was in the 1960s. What happened to all the promises by liberals of what would happen if we integrated schools, engaged in affirmative action, paid them to have endlesss children — producing ever more shoplifters, violent black children, low trust areas of the country, let them take over cities, etc… Years ago the waterfront of Baltimore was lovely, after blacks started going there, the businesses closed and it has been ruined as a tourist hotspot. The policies you have supported have been complete failures. However, you don’t seem to have any embarrassment that everything you said would happen with blacks did not occur. Isn’t that aggressive stupidity on your part?
