How Patrisse Cullors Never Left the Management of BLM

Executive Summary

  • Patrisse Cullors came under strong scrutiny for what appeared to be charity fraud.
  • Part of her strategy to elude responsibility was to fake her departure from BLM.

Introduction

BLM’s charity story began falling apart in late 2021. The establishment of democratic-aligned media has highly protected BLM, which has meant that only conservative outlets have been willing to cover the story. A significant part of this story is whether the BLM founders actually left the BLM organization or have just faked their departure to lower their profiles in light of the apparent charity fraud at BLM.

Patrisse Cullors Returns…In Secret

After being heavily critiqued for lying about BLM’s charity scamming, Patrisse Cullors stated that she had stepped down from BLM’s management in May of 2021. However, in Jan of 2022, it became apparent through a filing related to the Clinton Foundation taking over several aspects of BLM, including its legal and administration, that Cullors had never left BLM.

Operation Figurehead

Observe the statements from the two people Cullors said had replaced her at the helm of BLM.

“We were not able to come to an agreement with the acting Leadership Council about our scope of work and authority. As a result we did not have the opportunity to serve in this capacity.”

What does that tell you?

I suspect Cullors wanted them to act as figureheads, to take all the heat, to take the legal responsibility for Cullors’ and other BLM insiders fraud, and have Cullors continue to pull the strings.

A Logical Conclusion

Cullors faked her exit to not have to answer questions regarding not only curious real estate purchases but also that she had a consulting firm that was billing Black Lives Matter Global Network (or just BLM HQ)—setting up a consulting firm that has a single client, which the individual runs, is a long-running scam to siphon money off of charities. It is a way to receive compensation from the parent company without showing it as income. All three BLM founders have similar consulting firms that bill BLM HQ every month.

Coming Announcement That Cullors Has Rejoined the Management of BLM

Cullors cannot continue to hold an official executive position at BLM and claim she is no longer associated with BLM. This is particularly true because BLM has no official management, and no one has figured out who is running BLM. BLM believes that even though it is registered as a charity, it does not need to communicate to the outside world who is running the organization.

This will mean that Cullors will soon be announcing that she has rejoined BLM. Cullors falsely claimed that she had created a good “foundation” for BLM, so she could step away and avoid more scrutiny. However, there was no foundation, and she never actually left. What Cullors did was engineer a fake exit and then lied for close to a year about not still running BLM. Her fake departure will soon end when she announces she has rejoined BLM. We predict there will be a lengthy explanation of how she has rediscovered her passion for BLM and wants to take the organization into the future etc..

Considering BLM’s History

BLM has been an incompetent organization from the start and is very close to having multiple investigations against it for charity fraud by numerous states’ Attorney Generals. This has caused the Clinton Foundation to step in and the “Clintonworld,” a cabal of corrupt DNC operatives.

How Will Cullors and the Other BLM Founders and Executives Mix With Clintonworld?

It will be interesting to see how Patrisse Cullors, who has a seat of the pants management style and psychological problems and does not know how to even comply with state regulations for a charity, will fit within the control of the Clintonworld. What makes it just as interesting is that the Clinton Foundation is itself a charity fraud, which is a way of laundering influence-peddling money to the Clintons. However, the charity has declined in importance as the Clintons are not out of power and don’t have a pathway to get back into power.

Charity Fraud

The following video does a good job laying out some of the broad outlines that we will further get into in more detail in the article.

The best way to describe this is mass corruption.

Conclusion

BLM is a fake charity primarily used as a piggy bank for BLM’s founders. It violates reporting requirements in multiple states and, as of Feb 2022, was ordered to cease fundraising by the Attorney General of California. Patrisse Cullors has stated that all criticism of BLM, including the requirements by states that BLM complies with reporting requirements that apply to all charities, is a racist plot. Cullors has further stated that only conservative media have been covering the corruption at BLM. The problem with this accusation is that Brightwork Research & Analysis is not conservative media. We often cover corruption, and the question is why liberal or democrat aligned media has not covered the corruption at BLM.

Because there is a near media blackout on the charity fraud at BLM by anything but the conservative media, apparently, the liberal or democrat media, after throwing their endorsement behind BLM without doing any research into BLM and how it functioned now, is too embarrassed to enlighten its readers as to what is blatant fraud at BLM. The Clinton universe remotely controls BLM, BLM will receive even more positive media coverage. That is no doubt another appealing thing about the partnership with the Clinton universe, in that BLM knows that the Clintons/Obamas have a strong degree of control over large sections of the media.

How Well Does BLM Know Hillary Clinton?

This video shows Hillary Clinton fighting against a $5 per day minimum wage in Haiti. Does BLM support this also?
