BLM, black DAs who let black criminals go free, rap music, single mothers, and high degrees of violence in all cities run by blacks. Blacks also do not have histories of building effective companies or even being able to manage restaurants. The most corrupt and worst-run cities in the US are all black-run, and African countries always come out on top for corruption and poor outcomes. (as I cover in the article The Similar Decline of Black Run US Cities and South Africa) And yet, it is considered progress when a black person gets elected mayor of a US city. Why? Right now, there is no single success story of a black person leading a US city. Therefore it is, by definition not progress but regress.

Right now, try to name an African company. You can't. No African or black has ever won a Nobel Prize outside of Peace and Literature. Take a guess why that might be. One reason might be that internationally blacks score the lowest on intelligence tests, which is true either for blacks in white-run countries or black in Africa. They also have high levels of plagiarism due to their mental limitations, as I cover in the article The Higher Levels of Plagiarism by Blacks And Other Non-Whites. Knowing this, why should blacks influence white societies as white societies lead to the best outcomes and black societies lead to the worst?

Issue #1: The Delusion of WOKE White Liberals

WOKE liberals will wag their fingers in your face about how you are a racist -- but they won't move to Detroit or Baltimore. Instead, they use euphemisms like "I want access to good schools." Good schools translate into schools with minimal blacks or Latinos. WOKE white liberals will help ruin white societies by demanding diversity (non-white takeover) but don't want to live around what they create. WOKE white liberals are more interested in signaling to other liberals than using their brains to interpret reality.

Issue #2: Understanding the Black Scam

Blacks cannot build impressive or desirable things on their own -- so they are natural-born Marxists and have to convince whites to allow them to live around them. Blacks cannot do impressive things independently, which is they are highly motivated to race scam.

The essence of this scam is that whites owe them for explaining how water systems work and then maintaining the water system for them. A significant part of this scam is by providing false history about slavery. Blacks spend nearly all their time discussing black enslavement by whites and ignore all other slavery, such as blacks as enslavers or slave raiders or whites that have been enslaved throughout history. This demonstrates the lack of concern for accuracy on the part of black thinking.

Issue #3: Protecting Yourself from Black and Liberal Thinking

No white society, or any other type of society, has ever benefited from having blacks in it. This is why Asian cultures do not allow black immigration. The effectiveness of black thinking is demonstrated by what happens after blacks take over a formally white system. Detroit and Baltimore were once thriving cities -- and have been laid low by black management and the black population into punchlines and massive recipients of federal tax dollars. No predominantly black city is a net contributor in tax dollars. Zambia and Zimbabwe were once thriving countries but have been laid low after blacks took over. This process, which liberals said would be so positive once apartied was ended, has repeated itself in South Africa (as I cover in the article How South Africa's ANC is Far Worse and Less Just Than the Apartheid Government and the article The Decline of the South African Rail System by ANC and Black Governing After Apartheid) as black incompetence has degraded a once well-managed country.

Fake agenda-based history is a bad thing. Black educators have come out in favor of less judgemental math where there is not one right answer. This takes the illogic of black history and transfers it to math. This black influence is negative for education, as I cover in the article The Effect of Black Culture on Education.

Blacks cannot do what even races that are far less effective than whites can do -- and because they think they should be equal, they can't accept this reality. This is why they use pretzel logic to blame the fact that there was never evidence to support their abilities as equal to whites. At the same time, blacks will not stop moving to white countries -- where they say they are oppressed.

Indians in Canada now complain there are so many other Indians in Canada that there are not enough non-Indians, typically whites, they can scam.

This reflects the exact behavioral pattern in India, which is why Indians want to leave India. Indians find it much easier to scam non-Indians.

Furthermore, many companies do not understand how they are being taken advantage of. As a culture, Indians learn how to be effective at deflection.

Issue #2: Understanding the Indian Scam

If you are an individual, use the articles listed below to inform yourself to protect yourself from Indians. Indians cause large mental health issues wherever they immigrate, so self-protection is critical.

If you work for a company that has been taken advantage of by a company with Indian management. We support technology lawsuits against Indian companies or US multinationals with many Indian employees. If there are large numbers of Indians, the dishonesty is essentially always higher. If you need help figuring out what Indians are doing to your company and how you are being defrauded, consider retaining us for an audit. We are unlikely not to find fraudulent items. The Reality of the SAP Market

Are you a company lied to by SAP and an SAP consulting partner, and it has taken a while for you to learn that you were provided with inaccurate information? If so, this is quite normal. You can't accept any of the claims on SAP's website from SAP salespeople or anything stated by SAP consulting firms. In the SAP space, lying is the norm, and millions of SAP consultants will also provide you with false information. It is extremely rare to find any objective information on SAP. Furthermore, SAP consulting firms are essentially controlled by SAP.

We are one of the only independent research entities in the SAP space. We have decades of experience working in and analyzing SAP. The SAP space is filled with entities that claim to be independent but are financially connected to SAP. Area #3: Why We Exited SAP Expert Witness Work

We found our work in the expert witness area as ludicrous as when we provided support to IT departments, who would then get ripped off by SAP and SAP consulting companies. If you look at when lawsuits against SAP occur, but more often, the SAP consulting firm, what tends to happen is when millions, sometimes tens of millions or even hundreds of millions, have been spent with little to show for it. The company could be Deloitte Infosys or Accenture, which lied to the SAP customer. Very few lawsuits ever go past the initial complaint stage. However, when attorneys contacted us, the rough budget was around $20,000 to $25,000 for our expert witness work. Meanwhile, the law firm charged hundreds of thousands of dollars mostly to reframing our analytical documents. We would guess that law firms have charged more than our fee for simply copying and pasting our points into the complaint they file than we do for our analysis.

First, there are far too few lawsuits against SAP and SAP consulting firms, given the amount of fraud and contract nonperformance they are common practice. However, while law firms appear to be there to help, they are also a problem as they make the market for SAP expert witnesses work so low in compensation that the quality of SAP expert witnesses is available to SAP customers. Many who market themselves as SAP expert witnesses have never been on SAP projects - but have experience with Oracle or other software, and none of them we have seen have any research background. This should encourage SAP and SAP consulting firms that it makes sense to increase the lying and cheating of customers as their customers are so clueless that they can be robbed and that the legal apparatus to redress the fraud is so weak.

The sustainable business model is to lie to SAP customers. However, there is little sustainability in providing honest and extensively supported information to companies that SAP and the SAP consulting firm took advantage of. Therefore, we are delighted to have exited the SAP expert witness line of business.

Our Anti-Consulting Company Project Approach

Consulting companies normally show up on-site and waste a lot of time. All of the major consulting firms (Accenture, Deloitte, etc...) and the smaller ones work this same way. Here are the problems they have with working efficiency.

First, the more senior people do little work outside of managing the relationship and the resources.

Second, the initial project is directed toward getting future work as much as completing the work for which you hired them. We learned from subcontracting to consulting companies not to follow this low client-value approach.

We are a researched entity and have no salespeople or partners. The same people you talk to initially do the work, and we have no young resources the experienced resources delegate work to.

We also keep costs reasonable and improve efficiency by performing the project remotely.

As a whole, this means that a much higher percentage of the hours we bill are productive hours. This also results in us consuming much less of the time of your internal resources.

An actual TCO calculation estimate requires more information specific to the software customer.

Important Point #1: Understanding the Industry Wide Issues with Estimation Scaling

There is no way to make regression formulas span moderately sized to enormous implementations in an online calculator. Once the number of users moves into the several thousand (real users, not people recorded as users but barely using the application or coming in through a portal that integrates to SAP), this calculator does not apply. One difference, such as how many current applications can be replaced by the standard functionality in the new application, makes a dramatic difference in the TCO of the estimation.

Important Point #2: The Issues With All TCO Calculations We Analyzed

We found that IT TCO calculation is performed by and controlled by IT providers. This would be like the TCO for automobiles owned by automotive dealers. Our in-depth research into published TCO estimation found no true TCO calculation in enterprise software.

All software vendors leave out essential costs, and their calculators always have the lowest TCO of their software. IT consulting companies do not want companies to accurately calculate TCO costs because their billing hours are such a high percentage of the total. Most TCO estimators we evaluated were constructed by people with no analytical background or interest in producing anything comprehensive or accurate.

Important Topic #3: Why TCO Calculations by Vendors Or IT Consulting Firms Results In Rigged Estimates

To calculate TCO accurately, first, one must be able to research to develop the TCO estimation. Second, one must be interested in calculating an accurate value, not using it for sales collateral.

Neither software vendors nor IT consulting companies have any background in research. This is something that both of these entities seem to consider irrelevant as to whether they have ever done this work before. We have repeatedly found that the marketing departments at these companies are willing to push out any TCO calculation regardless of the skills or understanding contained in their marketing department.

Important Topic #4: Why We Refuse to Interact With Software Vendors or Consulting Firms On Our TCO Calculators or Methods

This means the one performing the calculation cannot be a software vendor or IT consulting firm, as their only interest is to make the TCO of the application they are selling look like it is the lowest. One must not only not be one of these entities but must be entirely independent of these entities.
