I don’t recall “Asians sneaking around in the dark” being a racist trope, or that this motivates any exercise concept. I am 56 years old and have never heard of a racist trope that Asians sneak around in the dark, so if it’s a trope its a nearly unheard of one. I have been consistently exercising for 40 years, and no book I ever read, or person I ever spoke to, said, “Yes, do XYZ exercise, because you know — Asians sneak around in the dark.”
What exercise would this inspire? Midnight jogging perhaps?
Also, if “sneaking around in the dark” is considered a bad thing, as Lieberman says, Asians do it, then why would it be considered a desirable exercise?

On the second example, he provides, if Lieberman is referring to the idea of “No pain – No gain.” If Lieberman studies this topic, he should know that it applies universally; no one says, “No pain – No gain — but only if you are black.”
Whites and other races have used this phrase and philosophy for many years, so why would they use it if, according to Liberman, it only applies to blacks (as blacks feel no pain)? Never have I observed any racial differential in its use.

Both of these are ridiculous examples that seek to support the idea that exercise ideas are sometimes based upon racism imply a strong desire within Lieberman to create some racist historical context for modern exercise ideas. If he is going to make that claim, he should come up with one non-insane example. Furthermore, if an exercise idea were based upon racist tropes, it would not be promoted, as it would have a negative connotation. Therefore, it would not make sense to try to popularize.
Its amazing how often a Jewish person like this will make some claim about racism. Israel does not let non-Jewish people immigrate to Israel, and they don’t marry blacks or Hispanics, and are dissuaded from marrying non-Jews. In fact, Netanyahu recently complained that too many Jews were marrying whites. So, where is this moralizing coming from that other groups would like separation from groups that are not like them? I observe that when Jews bring up some example of racism, it’s never within the Jewish community or within Israel; it’s always a critique of a white society. Africa has huge problems between the different tribes, yet I don’t recall any examples provided by Jews about how the African tribes not liking each other is racism and why that is bad. Why don’t Jews care about that and never bring it up?
Are There Any Racist Ideas by Jews of Palestinians?
I have a question for Dr. Lieberman — what do Israelis think of Palestinians? Are there any racist views within the Israeli community, or do Israeli’s enjoy joining their families with Palestinians? What is this bizarre obsession Jews have with bringing up racial issues in white societies — while hiding the fact or not commenting on the fact that Jews demand complete separation from non-Jews themselves — and that they are also God’s chosen people, and superior to all other people? Isn’t the position that you are God’s chosen people a bit racist against all non-Jews?
This video’s topic is exercise, and yet, because Liberman is Jewish, there has to be a comment about white (and only white) racism. Imagine if, in nearly every conversation, whites brought up how racist Jews are — wouldn’t that eventually lead to negative feelings about Jews? Also, if white countries are so racist and have such terrible racist pasts, then why do Jews primarily want to live in white-originated countries if they don’t live in Israel? Why not boycott those countries and move to Latin America or Africa?
Liberman’s comment on “racist tropes” in white society appears as one thing if taken alone — that is as if it were an unbiased take of a person interested in educating their audience, but taken with the totality of how often Jews bring up points about racism only in white countries, a pattern now emerges that appears premeditated for a specific negative outcome against whites.
However, according to Jews, the only societies that have any differentiation between the different groups are white societies. No other society is pointed to, and Jews do not critique Jewish societies. And they certainly don’t do it in a continuous fashion, as Jews do to white societies.
